Moreover, we are eager to explore your specific areas of interest within healthcare. We will also provide valuable insights into our agency and familiarise you with our code of practice. This interactive session aims to foster a better understanding of your aspirations while providing you with a deeper understanding of our organisation.
Induction
The induction into our Agency
If the interview proves successful and we determine that you are a strong candidate, we will request that you provide us with all the necessary supporting documents. These may include identification, educational certificates, records of previous employment, background checks, and proof of competencies. We will also provide you with important induction documents, which will acquaint you with our organisation and its policies. Additionally, you will be asked to complete an Induction Form, which includes signing our On-Hire Agreement.
On-Boarding
Some housekeeping before you start
Before you can begin your accepting shifts, there are a few administrative matters we need to take care of. We will assist you in obtaining your agency ID card, and if applicable, provide you with uniforms (conditions apply). Additionally, we will set up your app log-in credentials, enabling you to conveniently get your timesheets signed off by our host clients. With these arrangements in place, you will be ready to accept shifts and embark on your nursing journey with us in no time.
Who can join our Agency?
RNs are in high demand. Please keep in mind that to be elligible for our agency, we require new nursing graduates to have a minimum of 12 months of paid experience under their belt. Additionally, Australian Work Rights are a mandatory requirement for all applicants.
